Hey friend.

Summer break carried me until it didn’t. Suddenly my kid and I were dropped into the rushing waters of a new school year—and honestly? I couldn’t find my footing.

When I polled my IG folks, turns out most of us are in the same boat: unmotivated, unfocused, disoriented.

Even The Bear is circling around the same question:
Why bother starting, loving, or building anything if it won't—can’t—last?

Why paint the walls if you might move?
Why open a restaurant if it could fail?
Why nurture a relationship when grief is inevitable?
